Scott Wilkins
Managing Director
Scott Wilkins has more than three decades of work experience of which includes 15 years as Wall Street sell-side analyst for various investment banks including Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Barings and Societe General. The past 18 years he has owned, managed, advised and turned around companies in the lower middle market space. This work includes broadly corporate advisory, financial analysis, special situations, and operational input and participation in the United States, Europe and Latin America. As both an entrepreneur and a former Wall Street analyst, Scott has a comprehensive understanding of the value creation process for public and private entities.
Scott’s breadth of experience is geographical and functional. His international experience includes over 21 years living and working in England, France, and Mexico. Combining a deep understanding of how business risk, financial risk, and operational optimization determine the success or failure of businesses in all economic environments, Scott applies this knowledge to develop the broad goals, concrete plans, and practical steps required to help companies achieve their full potential, in terms of operational excellence and maximizing financial valuation.
Scott received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, in the Honors Program at the University of Georgia, graduating in three years summa cum laude. Three years later, he earned a Master’s in Business Administration at the London Business School, concentrating in International Strategy and Marketing. In addition to his native English, Scott speaks Spanish, French and has a working knowledge of Italian. He currently divides his time between Merida, Mexico and Atlanta, Georgia.
Wenceslao Marco
Managing Director
Wences Marco has more than 40 years in the aluminum business. His first steps were in the family business managing 20 warehouses around Mexico mainly for the construction market. During the last 15 years, we decided to venture into the exportation business attending the US market and the Caribbean for the construction, solar and industrial sectors with extruded profiles. Within this period has been involved with some other companies dedicated to aluminum raw material, scrap, mechanized parts and wire among other products.
PVC isolated pipes systems is another area in which has been involved during last five years as a part of his own business.
Pedro Pratdesaba
Managing Director
With more than 35 years of experience in the aluminum industry, Pedro has solidified himself as a key figure in the development and creation of innovative solutions in this sector. An Engineer by trade, he furthered his studies with an MBA in Business Administration and a Masters in Marketing (MMK), which has permitted him to lead strategic projects with an integral vision of business. His experience includes projects in America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, where he has fomented partnerships, optimized processes, and promoted the sustainable growth of a variety of companies.
At 52 years old, Pedro is a businessman with solid international relationships, known for his ability to transform challenges into opportunities. His multidisciplinary focus and his dedication to excellency has turned him into a key figure in the ecosystem of the aluminum market. As managing partner, he not only brings his vast experiences, but also his global vision that strengthens the competitive position of the organization in an ever-changing, dynamic environment.
